Had tried to fix it myself by using software downloaded from the internet but my netbook doesn't have a disc drive so couldnt use normal routes. He fixed it for me in the space of three hours and was 55% cheaper than any of the other local business. Even offered to drop it round, which would have been a great help as I work from home.
