    I went in tonight thinking they may have got better....oh dear....still grumpy staff, begrudging service, no smiles and the chips were so undercooked I had to throw most away when I got home. There are seldom queues here unlike Brownsover and Hillmorton....at both of those you are made to feel special as a customer and the food is better. And tonight they had a box on the counter for staff Christmas tips!
