rubbish clinic
I purchased a groupon offer for this clinic and recently redeemed it I also had a problem finding the clinic and had to knock at the door a number of time where I was greeted by a polite young lady who apologised and explained she was the only member of staff their. Whilst receiving my treatment I did think the therapist was very friendly and polite. The clinic on the other hand was not the cleanest of places there was damp on the walls by the main entrance and also noticed the cobwebs and dirty floors. The only really good thing I can say about the place is it's a good job my treatment was cheap.

I seen an offer on groupon that I had wanted to try for a long time so I bought the offer as it was a good deal. I then followed the steps to redeeming my voucher and tried calling the clinic to make my appointment but to my surprise there was no answer so I left a voicemail with my name and contact number. A few days passed and I still hadn't received a call back, so I tried again and finally someone answered and apologised for not returning my call. Later that week I went to the clinic (which I could not find due to poor signing outside the clinic), as I opened the door I was greeted and given a form to fill in. After I had filled my form in I was taken into a room and told that I could either hang my stuff on the hooks or under the bed, where I noticed the floor was dirty, so decided to hang my stuff up. As I sat on the bed I did not feel comfortable or relaxed as there was no relaxing music and the radio was on, which the therapist apologised for again. As my treatment started I started to relax ever so slightly, then the therapist told me she was going to leave me for a few minutes. As I glanced around the room I realised that the room was quite untidy as there was cobwebs everywhere and also the towels had marks on, which looked like they had not been cleaned. As time went on the therapist had still not come back into the room, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. 15 minutes later the therapist came back into the room and finished off my treatment. After my treatment I felt disappointed as I felt that it had been rushed. I would not recommend the clinic as it was not very clean and I felt that my treatment was not worth the money I paid (even though it was an offer).
