Insulation Installers in Northampton

Be extremely careful with this company. Very happy to take your money, but then do t complete the work, don't communicate, and for you off with lies. They were supposed to fit a boiler for me, it never came to fruition. In contacting them to return the deposit I'd paid, they constantly made excuses. It took for me to go in with a video camera after four months of waiting to eventually get my deposit. Avoid at all costs. Reported to trading standards.

Do not use this Company. They are Con Artists and try to use heavy hand tactics to intimidate you. A MR Haynes uses bully tactics!!

I was contacted over and over again with offer of free insulation. Finally allowed someone to come and view and made appointment for work to be done. I waited in all day and the guy did not turn up. When I called a young woman simply said there were problems. Useless company

I have been plagued by telephone call from what I beleive is an overseas company saying they are from the Energy Grant Insulation Advisory Team. Today I went along with the sales call and eventually they said someone from Lazenby Insulation(Northampton) would call. They gave me the company name and I then told them why I was playing them along as I had recieved a telephone call every day from them at about the same time of day always trying to award me a grant for Loft Insulation. Its obviously a dodgy method to get business!! Its also extremely annoying to get repeated calls despite my repeated requests for them to STOP calling me. Im retired due to my very poor health and I have explained this yet they still continue to bombard me with these calls! My advice would be if they do this to create business, what on earth will they do when they come to your house!!!

My next door neighbour is over 70 with quite severe dementia and was approached by Lazenby to insulate her roof for well over £1000 pounds. It should be free for her as she is over 70. It did not seem to concern them that it had already been done last year by a reputable company. Upon realising they were about to scam her, I cancelled the appointment, whereupon she has received a bill for £520 pounds for a cancelled visit. Trustworthy? I think not.
