i havent had my nails done a huge amount of times but i believe the treatment i recieved at liberty nails was extremely poor i had my nails infilled here and towards my cuticle i had red and white lines which are visible through the acrylic nail. my nails are also not filed evenly on several nails, this has left the individual nail looking bent towards one side and also different lengths when the same finger is compared on both hands. i also have a large white patch on my thumb acrylic nail and my own white bit of my nail can be seen above the white bit of my acrylic. i was so dissapointed with my nails that i returned to ask if they would be able to do anything about it and the staff were rude. not only would they not let me finish my sentence without shouting over what i was saying, they were also very patronising saying to me as i left the shop ''well done for coming in and saying something though''. they refused to take responsibility even when i showed them that they hadnt even been filed at the same length and claimed that it was where i had got them done originally. my false nails look like i have bought a cheap false nail set and stuck them on myself and for £18 i dont think that is fair. they look so bad that i have taken them off, it will now cost me an average of £30 to get them done again so it will cost me £48 for something which should have cost me around £15. i would also like to mention i dont even have an account on this website but i was SO SO dissappointed i signed up just to make this review. would strongly advise anyone to not go here for their acrylics.
