A trustworthy Company
The review by Sebastian Dorrans titled "Fake Review" is in itself fake and is simply untrue. I am a Director of the Company and we do not publish fake reviews. I have checked our systems and a can confirm that all of the negative comments appear to be from genuine customers or their partners and all of the positive reviews listed are from genuine satisfied customers. fake reviews
They have a team that write fake reviews to make them sound good. This is to hide the real negative reviews. They take cash off you even if your claim is offset by the bank! Avoid like the plague

Efficient, Attentive and quick
After years of loans, I thought I would investigate claiming back on my PPI. MY Claims Solved from the off were transparent about the process, told me what would happen and how long each stage would take. My claim was resolved in under a month, with no work on my behalf, that's exactly what I was looking for! Who wants the hassle of chasing letters and emails with large corporations when all you need is a service which does all that for you. I was extremely happy with my service and the fee I think represents the greats service I received for my claim.

Professional reliable service....Recommended
I honestly thought I didn't have a claim worth pursing, after a brief discussion my claim solved submitted a claim for PPi and with 6 weeks or so I received over £5000. Throughout the process I was kept informed and I can only say how impressed I was with this company.

Great result Great service
They are proving to be very reliable. I gave them quite a few accounts to look at and wasn't sure if I had taken PPI. They sent a rep around who sorted all of the forms and account details for me. I received an offer on one account within 3 weeks with a cheque! They have also said that the others are progressing well although two of the claims I put in didn't have PPI, I would never have known if they hadn't helped me. Apparently it can take 2 months to get answers from some Companies. I even managed to negotiate a discount on their fees as I had so many claims. They have charged me at the lover rate even though so far they have only got a settlement on one. So far so good, i'll post updates as they arrive.

Got a great result for me
They took on my claim for an Endowment even though my mortgage Company told me I was out of time to claim. They put together a claim to the Financial Ombudsman and I got nearly £10000 back. It took quite a few months but they did everything for me, sorting out all the reams of paperwork that was required and to be honest I wouldn't of known where to start. Yes they charged a fee from the money that I got but I shopped around and it was no more that other Companies charged and as I had been rejected by my mortgage Company any thing I got back was a bonus

Con Artists
They have illegal websites on the internet with logos of other banks on to trick you into thinking that you are making a PPI claim with the bank. But actually their sales team ring up and take your details and start the claim. They do what you yourself could do only they charge a huge fee. One of the directors is a rude idiot who only cares about money and doesn't know how to speak to people, that is when he's not on holiday (which is most of the year). Do not sign their terms and conditions, it has all the hidden charges written on it.

Do not sign their terms and conditions, it has all the hidden charges written on it. If they try to charge you a fee then demand to see a signed copy of the terms and conditions first.

GO ELSEWHERE
I agree with the last two reviews Dont use this firm. I had to wait ages for them to get me any answers for my claim and then they told me they wanted thier payment when I havent even recieved mine so when I got my claim I thought I would keep them waiting and went on holiday and paid them when I got back, now they are pestering me with court costs they incurred when billing me originally. Go somewhere else and check to see how much percentage they take before signing anything MR Reg Stockwell

Clowns
Utterly disgraceful service from start to finish. They don't deserve a penny. And don't bother complaining, the staff are all incompetent, thick and dismissive of any concerns you might have. They are so crap at the service, they only realised 2 months after the claim had been agreed and paid to my account by the lender, that it had already been won.

This company is only interested in the fees they get from you, trying to get information out of them is like drawing blood from a stone. avoid like the plague.
