I would like to give MADE IN HELL no stars but I have to put one :( Maid in "heaven" is by far the worst shop I have ever been in, the customer service is appalling beyond belief! They change the name's on dresses so you can't find them or buy them elsewhere and they also charge you £300 extra.. this shop needs to be shut down!!! Warn all your friends, I'm so glad I found out before they wripped me off!

I'm afraid this review is a bad one! i have visited many bridal shops recently and i walked out of this one shocked at their extremely poor customer service and attitude towards their clients. My party were waiting for 20 minutes past appointment time, The woman showing dresses was busy at her desk doing nothing! She didn't even acknowledge us or say hello when we entered. (The desk is right by the door) after she decided to see that we had arrived for our appointment she still decided to keep us waiting with no explanation at all as to why as she wasn't doing anything. FINALLY she got up and decided to see to us! It also seemed as though she didn't have any knowledge of most of the dresses she was supposed to be selling either, Basically i really wish i hadn't even have bothered going to this shop as i left feeling as though i was in the way and was inconveniencing the staff! by my daring to ask questions! I warn anyone about to get married, this is supposed to be a joyful time for you, family and friends and i fear entering this shop will leave you with confusion and anger.
