We had a boiler fitted last year. It always smelt very strongly of oil and the room was full of condensation so called an engineer. The woman who fields calls is totally incompetent and rude and is always reluctant to deal with any problems. When the engineer arrived he did not know how to fix the problem and asked for the instruction manual. The boiler was finally fixed but has gone wrong again (and our ONE year warranty has expired). We have had no heating or hot water for a week and on two occasions this week the engineer has failed to arrive. This company has absolutely no customer service and have provided us with a boiler that cost thousands and does not work. Use someone else!
