Poor Service & Rude
Recently ordered a subway delivery from Mealbox as I was busy working from home and didn't want to break for lunch. Long story short, the wrong sub was delivered and on phoning Mealbox I was told there was nothing he could do, so after arguing my case he said he would call back in 5 mins. 15 mins later I call back to be passed on to a guy who just hung up the phone on me. I persisted in calling them until I got a response. Must have been 7/8 calls before they bothered to pick it up. So currently I have now been waiting 2hours for a Sub that has been paid for. Utterly shocking customer experience.
