Poor service and communication

New car first service. Returned my car to my work address over an hour after my finish time. They made one phone call to my mobile that I missed. They must think that one call is adequate but I don't. Such a shame that the Mercedes after sales service is so poor. Unfortunately there is little choice as the stitch you up with their 'official' servicing. Guess the answer is don't buy a Mercedes next time.
