    I accidentally purchased one of their bags thinking it was leather. When I got it home I saw inside it was plastic and made in china! It wasn't very wellade and had a strap missing. For £49 it was a total rip off. I could have got a similar bag for less than half the price in new look! I couldn't get a refund from them but they did send a strap. I don't know anywhere else that would be happy to sell a simple plastic tote bag made in china (badly) for that price!
