    I went in for a normal manicure Cost £10 and these people persuaded me to have the Shellac nail varnish at double the price - £20. They promised it would last 14 days. DISASTER - after 3 days it started to peal. The owner accused me of deliberately removing the varnish myself and demanded another £20 to put it right. She became very intimidating, defensive and scary - washing her mouth and spitting in the customer sink as I left the shop.
