ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL.
This company is DREADFUL. I had used It several times for the convenience of the fact that its on my street, however I won't be doing so again. My friend very kindly bought me a voucher for a massage because I'd been going through a difficult time, and she wanted to treat me. I began phoning 3 weeks before the expiration of the voucher to use it. I tried calling for a week several times to no avail. I then tried to pop in, but every time I did they had a notice on the door saying no one was available as all the beauticians were in treatment. I then tried calling every day for another week - still no answer. So I had the bright idea of using facebook. I liked their page and asked about appointments (judging by the number of people booking appointment there I guess difficulties booking an appointment have affected not only me). They wrote back offering me an appointment for the next again week. I was called home for a family emergency and so wrote back a number of days later to confirm. They told me they had no more appointments before the expiry of my voucher. I wrote back explaining I completely understood, but pointed out in an extremely polite, reasonable way that it had been incredibly difficult to book an appointment as a suggestion for future improvement. The response I got was not what I had expected. I received several replies back and forward stating this difficulty was all my fault, and implied I was lying. When I pointed out it wasn't the first time myself or my friends had encountered this difficulty - they ignored it and continued to state how it was all my fault. They then deleted my comments and emailed me. I wrote back again the next day publically on facebook. Again the comment was completely reasonable and non abusive. I merely stated that I had a grievance with their dispute resolution, and I had only wanted an apology. The comment I left received a barrage of support from other facebookers, commenting upon the dreadful customer service. That aisde - semi ok salon, in the surrounds of several industrial sites, looks a bit like an office inside. Smells like dirty carpet. Wouldn't recommend it for a relaxing treat.
