I made the awful mistake of getting a cover up done here...wish i hadn't,i was kept waiting for no less than an hour despite the fact i had booked an appointment, then a chain smoking scumbag with a greasy ponytail greeted me fag in hand & said he'd see to me after he had smoked his fag,if only i had walked out earlier or even then!but i had travelled by cab to this appointment plus arranged a babysitter so didn't want a wasted day,a wasted day would have been better than what i ended up with i can tell you...the whole miserable time i was in there, there was this death metal being blared so loud it made my ears ring till the next day,anyway...the tattoo...after his "fag"the greasy ponytailed chain smoker calling himself Tim lason began what was mean't to be a cover up,to cut a long story short it was crap,it didn't even cover all of the previous tattoo, there was a large part of it protruding out at the side of the new...thing....which has a very thick outline,it looks like something you would have got in prison in the 70s,he stopped in the middle of tattooing me to let me know he needed another fag...fabulous customer service...NOT.& for this whole miserable experience i was charged £200!!the tattoo is on my foot & i am a small footed female with little size 6 feet. When i got home & uncovered the tattoo & saw how bad it really was,i rang the shop to say i was not happy,i spoke to dear old Tim himself & he said i could come back in two weeks for him to take a look at it,i said it needed correcting as there were obvious mistakes (incomplete lines & shading)he said ok,when asked about an extra charge to correct his own mistakes,he said he could not guarantee there wouldn't be an extra charge....this person is a greedy con artist,i said since i had already paid £200 i should not have to pay a penny more,he told me to ring back in two weeks & arrange an appointment,i did so & was told he no longer worked there...yeah right. All in all i say avoid this sh*t pit like the plague,i went to carolines tattoos in waddon, she did some amazing work for me & even improved Tim lason's monstrosity, all for £50,speaks for itself really.
