    I feel so sorry for the lovely girls who work in Party Mania. They are forced by their boss to offer the worst customer service I have EVER received! They offer no refunds at all! Even on faulty goods as was my experience. The owner was incredibly rude to me on the phone and is so short sighted if she thinks this is the way to treat customers. I will never shop in there again and would recommend no one else does either.
