DREADFUL SHOP>>>AVOID!!!
The women in this so called family run business is the optimum of RUDENESS!!! I ordered a battery for my laptop before christmas and was told that it wouldnt be in until the new year and that they would call me when it had arrived! I didn't hear anything so in February I called in to see what had happened! This women was so rude and arrogant because she did not have this in her little book nothing about the so called person she had working for her that took the details had completely messed up!!! No apologies that I had been totally inconvenienced! in fact no customer service whatsoever just extremely rude!!! Avoid at all cost!!! go the computer shop further along they are really helpful and professional!

Horrible shop
This shop took £200 for a FAULTY laptop and scammed a elderly woman, a disabled woman and a 14 year old girl !! my nan had saved up for ages to buy me a new laptop, we went to this shop and bought one, then when i got back to my nans, itcut off and wouldnt charge, so i went back and it turns out they gave me the wrong charger, they gave me the right one and i thought no more about it. Then when i went home it was fine until a notication up saying about how the battery has reached the end of its life and i have to get another one, This is a WEEK after i bought it, So i kept it plugged in and kept on using it, then about a week later, i went to get a drink and came back and the screen had just crashed ! i touched it and it had given me a electric shock ! i couldnt use it and due to my mother being ill, i couldnt take it back for a while. When i took it back, They were incredibly rude and sarcastic and called me a liar. They even started laughing at me in the shop, They offered to fix the screen for £85 but otherwise they arnt doing anything about it. Im not going to get it fixed as i would still have to pay for a new battery, and find out what caused the shocks. They are a terrible shop and im surprised they are still open. They have no manners and are terrible. All this happened in the matter of 2 weeks of buying it and they tried to say, thats what happens, you have to pay to get it fixed. i might aswell of bought a new one and wouldnt have to pay out as much. I would never recomend this shop to anyone and suggest that no one goes to this shop !
