So, completely awful
I booked a taxi to take me and 3 of my friends home from my birthday night out. Firstly the taxi was 15 minutes late and we had to walk 10 minutes to find him even though when we got in the taxi, the correct address was on his sat nav so no idea why he didn't turn up at the correct place. Then he had no idea the Blackwall tunnel was closed so we had to drive around for 1 hour and 45 minutes for a journey that should have been 40 minutes max. At one point he told us we might have to leave and the journey would be way more expensive. Not what I wanted on my birthday. As we had already paid for the taxi there was no way to get our money back. The worst thing is that I have contacted Pinnacle about this problem by phone and email twice and a week later I have heard nothing back from them. They have replied to the previous reviewer saying they want to sort it out but in my case when I have given them the option to they have done NOTHING. Their service is appalling and although they are reasonably cheap, I would rather pay a bit more and not have a stressful, hour longer than it needs to be taxi journey from a company whose customer service is non existent. DO NOT USE.
