    Unreliable - fail to keep appointments and make no obvious effort to tell you that they will not keep them. Make poor excuses when you tackle them on these failures, with no apology. When things go wrong they fail to take responsibility and blame others for them. Fail to clean up their mess after doing work and make no effort to tell you they have left it. Communication and co-operation are very weak points, both points should be parts of good customer service, maybe they need to do a course in this?!
