I just like to alert about this plumber whose address local in east London but the actual address in Sydenham SE26 not Forest Gate E7. The appointment to check and fix my boiler was 10 am but he didn't turn up ill 12 pm. He has given charged 45 pounds for call out charges and 65 pounds or diagnosis. He demanded from my husband 110 pounds without doing anything. Plus he wants 350 pounds to fix. He has never told me on the phone about any charge so I have called him that this is unfair and not justified to ask 110 pounds. I will make sure that I will not be a victim but a consumer who can stand up against unfair charges.
