UNDELIVERED REGISTERED MAIL
I sent a valuable packet from Spain which was paid for as REGISTERED POST to be signed by the addresee.this packet contained a gold bracelett which was valued at 295 Euros. this Pckett arrived from Spain to the sorting office at LANGLEY HWDC on 16th of November 2012.the responsibility therefore is to deliver this Packett to its final destination,but that never happened. The post office in Spain informed us that they tried to find out whereabout is the Packett,but they finally decided to close this matter.this is most unsatisfactory on behalf of the sorting office in Langley. I am the final looser!!!
