Gazumping allowed, no respect of chain!
I have dealt with many estate agents in the past but this one is the worst I've experienced and behaved with no principles when protecting a chain and the people concerned within it. Just think chain moving along nicely, valuations on all properties done, solicitor searches done and solicitor enquiries just about complete. Only a couple of weeks away from completion and the estate agents allow other people to view the property and essentially gazump my property purchase !!Be careful if you are going to buy a property from this agent. Make sure you protect you're self and what money you part with.echerrypick(Derby)
