Customer sevice is the worst I have ever experienced
The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They take weeks to answer emails, if ever. Telephone messages are ignored, thats if you can get through to someone. They promise to call back and never do. Number goes to answer phone. I had a package deal and had to cancel one party member, requested a cancellation notice for insurance on 16th Nov 12, despite numerous reminder emails I've never had a reply (9th Dec). The hassle of trying to communicate with this awful company isn't worth the discounted price.
