Change those guys ASAP!!
The customer service is disgraceful!!! Change employees ASAP. They are the worst post office I have ever been!! They don't measure packages resulting in paying more or less that it should be. Had my customers contacting me saying that no enough postage was paid or I had to pay more than it should have been. Put claims in, in two different occasion and never heard anything, when I asked the response were short tempered and with no manners at all. When I go it's the only post office where I am asked to stick my own postage stamps and write my own proof of postage.!!! Really not impressed with the very very poor customer service. They put to shame to name of the royal mail. Total imbarassement!!! Change those guys ASAP!!! Seen in different occasion other people complaining to them whist I was served, so I am sure is definitely not only me! P.S. I had to score one star otherwise I would've scored a big massive ZERO... SHAME ON YOU TWO!!
