Sherratt LTD Yuck
They are complete scumbags and have been stringing us on for months in a completely unfinished property that is completely different to how it was previously advertised/listed. The above comment regarding the 'deposit' is also true and they even had the audacity to claim not to charge fees on their website even though this is complete tosh. Avoid at all costs
Please avoid using this company at all costs. The contract of tenancy needs to be viewed very closely to avoid potential future issues. The money you pay at the start of the tenancy does not get put into a tenancy deposit scheme and when your tenancy does end, it takes a very long time to get your money back, and it is highly unlikely it will be the quantity it should be. I have had a very bad experience with this company, including no cleaners (as promised on the website) and I now know a number of people who have also had a very bad experience. Learn from my misfortune and don't make the same mistake I did. Good luck!
