POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN LONDON
What a nightmare. Rude staff, messed up appointment system and a dingy basement in Harley street for a clinic. The therapist got my appointment dates wrong, sent me a message on the wrong day- when I was overseas ! I replied to the message and they claim not to have received my message in time. They now insist on charging me a 30£ late cancellation fees . This is a total scam. The manager Anita needs to be sent to manners school. The owners of the establishment need to wake up and smell the coffee- bad customer service will take the establishment down on its knees every soon.
