    Not worth the hassle! We moved into one of sterlings properties thinking it would be good as there was no bond to pay. If there are any problems with your property, they say at the beginning that they will help and send someone out to fix the problem but never do. Constant hassle off the agents ringing and unprofessional when talking to them.
