Sugar Pole Fitness is taking pole dancing for fitness to new heights.
If you hate going to the gym and want to try a fun way of getting in shape in a warm and encouraging environment, look no further!
We are a small and friendly pole dance school based in Beds, Bucks and Northants. Classes are held at Cranfield University Dance Studio nr Milton Keynes, Flexibility Gym Bedford, Club Diana Wellingborough, Diana's Health and Fitness Wellingborough, Flitwick Pole Studio,The Buszy Milton Keynes and at my home studio in Northampton.

Private lessons are also available at Flitwick, Cranfield, Northampton and the surrounding areas. We offer birthday/hen parties and small group sessions too! They can be held at Bedford, Cranfield, Flitwick,Wellingborough or Northampton.
Here at Sugar Pole Fitness, you will be able to learn from basic spins and dance movements, all the way to advanced acrobatic tricks you never thought you could do. The key to our classes is that you learn to link those moves together, it’s not just about the tricks!! But most importantly, we are here to have Fun and get Fit!
Our classes are not just about getting in shape, they bring people together and help build confidence within ourselves.
No dance experience? Don’t worry, everything will be taught to you step by step. Any healthy person regardless of shape or size, and as long as you are over 18 and not pregnant, or over 16 accompanied by an adult are welcome to join our lessons.
Even if it is to make new friends or to get fit, come along and join us, it’s Fun!
We are also very proud to be an approved and a recommended dance school by the Pole Dancing Community. We show commitment of fair play and professionalism within the Pole Dancing Community.
