Unreliable, be aware!
I took an appointment with Swiftflow because of leak in the bathroom. I spent the whole day waiting for the plumber who did not show up - later Swiftflow explained it was due to a mistake of their staff who took an erroneous appointment. However, the same situation occurred two weeks later when they were supposed to carry some further works. I waited for them from 8 am. The whole day they were luring me they were running late but someone would eventually show up. They didn't. These guys take more jobs than they can digest. Completely unreliable, avoid at all cost!
