Extremely rude & childish attitude towards customers
The manager of this shop was extremely rude and childish when losing a sale to an online retailer that's £500 cheaper. He's completely in the wrong job not being able to cope with rejection. I was completely open in the beginning and said i'd been looking online for the best price which was so far £1440 and he said he would do a deal. When it came to payment time he said he would not match the online price i found and said i had completely wasted his time. This "sales person" needs to realise that attitudes such as his are playing a part in online consumer purchasing. When he closes his shop door for the last time i will be there to give him a lift home and explain where he went wrong.
