They had not even organised an electrician. Luckily the kitchen fitter got hold of one!! Don't know how they still keep going. It it were possible I would give it 0 stars.

Our fridge/freezer packed up and having searched around for a replacement we came across Teenycost where we found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. They even offered a temporary fridge to tide us over until our order was delivered. When the unit was delivered the delivery lads took the time to change the doors around, for which I was very grateful as I am in a wheelchair and it would have been a problem opening the doors.

My wife bought a Kitchen & bathroom from this Company. It was a nightmare experience which we would rather have not had. We were told two week installation from start to finish - it took two months and we had to bring in two different Companies to finish the job. Their Kitchen fitters were not up to doing a professional job at all. Their Electrician tampered with Western Powers mains,broke seals and altered their fuses. He changed the wiring leading to the Consumer Board, which was not up to legal standards. He left wiring exposed and hanging and connected to nothing. Had the fuses been put back in - then someone would of been electrocuted. Had he Certified his work - then there was a distinct possibility of our house then catching on fire. When the Teenycost's owner Mike Jones was informed by his Kitchen fitter Chris Baldwin - his reply was "Oh f.... !" we never saw or heard from the Teenycost Company from then on. The Plumbing was done all wrong. as well. Two new Companies were brought in at extra costs to put right Teenycost's work and make legal. We have had no option but to inform Trading Standards of what happened to us.

I agree with the comment above. We were told our kitchen would take 7 days and it took 6months!!! Most of that time was spent waiting for them to complete the job and deliverr goods as well as putting things right that were wrong (there were lot's). The owner is rude and when we chased up our kitchen we were spoken to very bluntly and when we explained were were not happy with the work carried out we were sworn at down the phone (the F word). we were given a price that we were told included everything and later told differently and asked to ay extra. Do not pay until you are satisfied. Unprofessional, rude, no idea on kitchen installation and customer service

Avoid these cowboys! Brought a cooker on Monday told delivery will be in on Thursday, so arranged plumber to connect the cooker. Thursday came but the cooker didn't and no phone call to say they weren't delivering. So I rang 17:30 to see where my cooker was, "oh sorry sir it will be with you 9:30 Friday". Friday 9:30 came but the cooker didn't and also no phone call, so I rang again. "it will be delivered Saturday 12:30! what a surprise they didn't turn up but I had a call saying it will be Monday! I'm still waiting!
