    The owner of this smelly vile kennel is one of the most rude people we have ever dealt with. He has absolutely no compassion or professionalism and no flexibility to the 3 and a half hours he gives you to collect your beloved pet. When we did collect Harvey he stank so we spent our first half an hour washing him. We will never ever be using this kennel ever again.
