Simple courtesy goes a long way!
Went today, considering the choice of cake when we arrived I was quite excited only to be told by an abrupt employee that our choice was only what was left on the counter, somewhat disappointed but still optimistic that the cakes must be delicious we were then told, before we even sat down that we must place our order at the till, no please or friendliness involved. We live in TW and there are many coffee shops, cafes and restaurants, competition is high! We are disappointed, simple courtesy goes a long way!
