Awful!
I do not recommend this cleaner. I sent in a standard silk shirt for cleaning and it was returned in a damaged state. Not only was the owner rude about it but he refused to accept any responsibility, claiming I had handed it in damaged when in actual fact it was brand new and had only been worn once. Second, Clothes Clinic are not members of the TSA - the trade association for dry cleaning. I am currently in the process of a complaints investigation and am pursuing the cleaner for the cost of the garment. There are organisations to investigate if a cleaner has damged the garment through the cleaning process and I am going through this type of agency. Save your money and go to Jeeves in Hampstead instead - much better!
