Yup, as bad as the above reviews made out and worse, since they have now shut their doors and cleared out to who knows where, taking my PC and who knows how many other people's stuff with them when they fled like thieves in the night. That at least is the silver lining, they have gone and no one else can be abused by them. Sadly i'm off to the police to see if i can get my PC back before it ends up cannibalised and wiped - if not already too late!! I would gladly give them no ratings if this site let me.

crap computor repair company
do not use this company we left our laptop with then on the 27th November 2012 we can't get it back they havn't done the repair they promise to do it but never do, all in all a crap company

Rubbish. Rubbish. Rubbish
I wouldn't have given this store even 1 star for anything! It's not even worth considering using there services! Impossible to get hold of, avoids calls and never returns messages. I've been trying to get a laptop back from them for over 5 weeks!! Every time I go down to get it, if there open I get excuse after excuse for why it's not ready. I get told a time and date to come and get it but when I show up there shut. They pay the staff in fags so don't expect the brightest sparks to sat at the desk. The customer service is shocking DO NOT USE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

So bad that it just isn't worth writing. All the usuall...illegal hacks, modifications, months of waiting, warantee broken..along with all the other delights of cowboys this is what you can expect. DO NOT USE!

Utterly reprehensible. Illegal Software. Not Good
These guys are nothing short of conmen fraudsters. They are installing hacked copies of Microsoft Products sourced from illegal torrent sites. They undertake jobs they have neither the training nor acumen to complete and charge silly money to do it. Overall, going to them is like going to a brothel looking for a wife.
