Terrible Service - £1200 deposit still not returned 3 months after departure
We took a rental agreement with Thomas Morris Property Management for a property at 275 Ugg Mere Court Road, Ramsey Heights in June 2012. We were handled terribly during our 6 month tenancy including initial check-in problems not being resolved (the garden was 2 foot in weeds and a gardener was not arranged for 2 months - hardly a place for a 2 year old to play). Having followed the terms of our agreement (we had not other choice) we vacated the property and after nearly 3 MONTHS are still chasing our deposit. Please contact me us if you are thinking of renting a property in Ramsey, St Neots or Huntingdon from them and I will personally share all of the facts and whether we received our £1200 deposit back or not - currently taking them to the TENANCY DEPOSIT SCHEME. Avoid this company at all costs!
