Problems with my Ultraframe Roofing System
I had an Ultraframe roof installed onto my conservatory. A couple of months after completion, a 10 foot x 2 foot 6 inch double glazed roofing panel fell out of the roofing frame. I have experienced other problems with my Ultraframe roofing system, such as exterior roof capping bars sliding down the roofing frame. Other double glazed panels have become loose and can be moved easily with one finger. All this was reported to Ultraframe and the owner of the Latium Group. Ultraframe refused to give me technical support.
