Disillusioned
Very happy with conservatory initially but 5 years later developed a leak in the ultraframe roof. Couldn't use insurance they sold me as they had filled out my details incorrectly so according to the insurer I didn't exist. However, Unique agreed to fix my problem. First visit - still leaking, 2nd visit - by the manager (I believe) still leaking, was told previous workman put new sealant on old, but they fixed a problem with the door. 3rd appointment they promised to send glazers to take the roof apart but didn't show up. When I rang to complain the manager (I believe) was totally unprofessional. Something about not apologising because his aunt had passed away but if I still wanted an apology I could have one from the company "Sorry!". Anyway, he promised glazers to take the roof apart and re-do on appointment number 4, but instead re-sent cowboy number 1. Needless to say I still have my leak - which is even bigger than it was originally and for stress sake have no intention of contacting this people again. Luckily I found the insurance certificate, unluckily I have to pay an excess. Only gave one star because for some reason you have to.
