Worst customer service I've EVER experienced
Bought a carpet for my VW T5. this item arrived, packaged okay. Opened it to find the brand name had been removed with a angle grinder ( or similar) rang to complain and was told if i didn't like send it back AT MY OWN COST! when i said you should either warn or not sell them as they effectively damaged and defaced I was told " i dont care what you think i earn loads of money" - What a C U Next Tuesday! Ill be in to return these in person very soon you smug mug!
