esther done the same to me i wanted my hair done i got ripped off by her esther owes me 110 pounds for the hair i payed for i have not had the hair yet she is a con woman i had a hair treatment that was 60 pounds when i was leaving i asked about hair extensions 110 pounds for the hair so like a fool i gave her the 110 pounds i asked for the hair ex no no not today i have to order it up to this day she will not give me my money or hair she was dam right rude and said i should go to a solicitor its been 3 months now esther is a CON WOMAN the matter is in hand now esther will have a massive shock if she thinks she can treat people like this

this is a trainee service which was just £10 and we offered her to come and redo the nails which she refuse that she only want her money back which we all know is not possible before we render services to our costumer we make sure we explain to them that we have trainees and professional nail technicians which their prices are different but she choose to do it with the trainee.we always make sure we render the best of our services to all our costumers

about the review of kate jones
the £50 was a deposit which was in the rule and policy of the salon that no refund of deposit which was testify by the police as well .few weeks ago she was at cafe with her family ,esther offer her to come to the salon to have something done with her deposit and she agreed to come and have her nails ,but it was indeed sad that she posted this this review unknown to the salon which we just discovered the review somedays ago that why we are reporting the other side of the story.we always welcome all our costumers in a professional and polite manner

esther stole 50.00 of my money didnt do my hair or give me back my money dont go to this place she will rip you off
shes a fraud star i gave her a 50.00 deposit she said i could have it back or have some hair instead the day i went into the salon she wouldnt give me my money back or no hair she paid a staff member with the money i gave her and admitted it thts why she couldnt giv it back she will also ring the police and make lies up a big warning no one go here she will rip you off WARNING TO YOU ALL.hope her salon goes down the drain

Poor service
Would not reccomened this service to any one had acrylic nails done here they came off less than 24hrs later service was very poor and staff and manager are very rude and would not offer a refund
