Appalling Attitude
My sister who is a wealthy, friendly and down to earth lady recently attended this shop and left the shop distraught in tears after being treated appallingly by the staff who work there, including its pretentious owner. Not only was she sneered at and followed around the shop whilst walking around with her well behaved son, she was confronted by the staff who refused to sell her the dressing table, which she had enquired about,. Her son was stared at in a digusting manner and she was spoken to like something that had crept off the floor. she was initimated by the three members of staff that worked there and made to feel worthless. Needless to say she left the shop immediately. I would highly recommend that anyone wishing to purchase an item in this store is made aware of the conduct of rude and highly unprofessional staff. Surely in todays society we can expect a little more finess but clearly in this shop manners are at below ground level.
