Spoke to delivery driver and agreed time/day if delivery only to find that he'd been much earlier and we'd missed the final delivery. No vehicle and not able to collect from depot but no other options given!!!??

Waiting in all day in boiling hot house got an SMS telling me that driver has called but no one in. Can't get any sense on the phone. My customer is getting impatient and I am very angry. I hope they go down the pan. Will not be using again.

Waited in all day after taking day of work, no delivery. Checked on the website and it said they had attempted a delivery and left a card. Nope no card and i was in all day. Phoned them and they said the address was wrong, even though it was correct on the email from where i purchased it. Then the guy on the phone tries to tell me i put it in wrong!. So how come everyone else has it right?. Then get told they will attempt delivery on a sat ,but checking the website says no delivery Saturdays and still has wrong address. Idiotic company!

received a text that an item we had bought had been left with a neighbour. card left in door. There was no card left in the door and on their tracking system the house it listed as where they had left it does not exist. They are now closed till next week how bloody convienient.

Got home today to find a package dumped over my fence. It wasn't for me. Card from the incompetent Yodel said it had been left as I was out. Parcel was for person in nearby town. Called Yodel to advise of wrong delivery but was waiting for advisor' for 10 mins. Hung up and delivered package to correct address myself. Recorded message on Yodel said parcel had "been left in outbuilding" I don't think dumped over fence is in a building! Website just takes you round in circles too. What a crap company!

Appaling customer service. Delivery driveres thatlie and fraudulently sign customers names.was in all day untill late afternoon decorating checked my email in evening as usual and found one from yodel claiming they deliverd a parcel to me in the afternoon.contactedthe live chat with yodel.they said to check with my neighbours as it would be there. Told them it was not and no cars in the door telling me where it was.then they say it was delivered to my address. Again tell them it was not. Nextthey say itwas signed for? I ask who by and they give my name, very convenient as No one can ever read the scribles on those electronic pads. Have told them this is fraud and I will be contacting the police.YODEL DRIVERS ARE OUT AND OUT LIERS..NO parcel was deliverd or signed for if it was why did they say check with neighbours.

Im waiting all day for delivery, didn't even go out with my newbaby.. "from 12-21" just hour ago I've checked online and it says that they deliver it!!! I ring argos (I've bought console from them) and they told me that in system says that I received it and even sign it.. what a lie... we have to wait 48h... to resolve this... I'm shocked and my daughter disappointed.

The telephone number listed is not recognised. It is the same as I have found on other sites too. Does anyone know the new number? or is it just a glitch today? Re ratings - I had to give those in order to post this so apart from missing items I want to contact them about, I know nothing else.
