Terrible
The guys in the shop were friendly but had no clue what they were doing. The suits were the wrong sizes and my suit (the groom) had a stain on the front! Then when I asked for done form of refund I didn't get a call back. Avoid these clowns.

Shocking! Quick to solve the problems but they could have been prevented in the first place!
The gentleman in the shop were always contradicting each other one saying drop in anytime for measuring and others saying that you need an appointment. When the guys were measured they just put a shirt on them in a size and said that will fit, regardless of the styles being different and not even measuring there necks! the suits arrived with completely the wrong size shirts trousers and no shoes despite us ordering them when they were measured. out of 7 suits 2 were correct! appauling service and it took at least 5 phone calls to get them to sort it out. luckily with the shoes i was passing the shop and popped in to check that they were on the order, they weren't! don't get me wrong they were quick to sort the problems and get new sizes but the day before i wedding we had to travel to there other branch to collect two shirts for the father of the bride and best man! really would ensure that they measure neck sizes or just tell them your usual size to ensure that you get one that fits. also make sure you pick them up 10 days before and get everyone to try them immediately as they only place orders mondays and get deliveries once a week on a wednesday! They were nice enough there just seemed to be a lot of preventable problems
