Pregnancy yoga, suitable from 14 weeks to full term, for some overdue. The class is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners. I include stretches for strengthening, improving posture, relieve aches and pains. Learn to relax, enjoy our pregnancy, bond with your unborn baby. Energise yourself and learn active birth ideas for labour and birth.
I also teach mum and baby yoga from 6 weeks neil baby crawling.
I am a qualified and experienced yoga teacher who specialises in teaching yoga in pregnancy and post natally, as well as one to one. Viniyoga teachers are undergo an intensive and lengthy taining course so that they are specifically skilled in the application of yoga allowing them to teach in this way. I have taught for over twelve years and I am also qualified in active birth techniques. I aim to support women fully throughout the childbearing year.
The yoga class offers stretches to support and strengthen the body during this enormous change. I use yoga breathing and techniques to help ease pregnancy and support the emotional and energetic changes. I offer a weekly pregnancy class as well as one to one lessons.
