Bad Service!

I left a 3 peice suit and a white shirt ( with grubby cuffs which I pointed out to them) in to be cleaned. Today when I collected it I just happened to ask about the cuffs and they were as dirty as when I left it in. I was told the chap who dealt with it was very good and there must have been a reason why they weren't clean. I asked why they didn't attach a note to say they couldn't get them clean was told he probably run out of notes. If I hadn't checked , my son would have been putting it on on Thursday to go to a wedding to find they were still dirty. I said I had pointed out about the cuffs when I left it in and as it cost £6 could I get my money back? I was told no, she then asked me did he have to wear it with cufflinks as I could cut the cuff in half. WHAT !!!!!!!!! I left the shop in disgust vowing never to go back
