Never again
So I ordered a chocolate fountain for 6pm. They call me an hour prior to say they've broken down and cannot make it offering a refund. Obviously not good enough as couldn't get last minute cover. They call back in 10 mins and say they'll be late at 7. When they do turn up they set up a baby fountain with less dips as promised and left it there with NO ASSISTANT! So we had to serve ourselves!! I contacted the company who decided to block me from facebook and then refused any kind of agreement to settle. I even offered a 50:50 compromise to which they refused. Never use this company. I'm going to take them through the claims court to recover my costs. Very unprofessional
