Incompetent , dishonest, unreliable, lacking technical knowledge, appalling customer service purchased a LED light path panel from this company(unfortunately).Spoke to their "Technical adviser" about the size of the panel and electrical specification of the LED lights before placing an order. I ordered 1800mm LED bath panel and they send me the 1700mm. As they have made mistake of sending me the wrong panel I requested them to collect it and deliver me the size which I ordered at no collection cost. As they have made a mistake they are putting blame on me and asking me to pay the collection cost of £30 + 20% handling and restocking charges. They are charging me for the mistake they have made. Their customer service is seriously conning and rude. they use different name and in a sticky situation, would say that we do not have any one by that name work here This is a day light robbery. They very conveniently do no have any record of my conversation with their "Technical adviser. This is how they are making a fat profit. I would genuinely make recommendation NOT to use this company. Purchases 2 radiators which were stored in the garage whilst we waited for the plumber to install them. As is frequently the case the plumber did not arrive on time and it wasn't until 3 weeks after delivery that he was able to install them. Upon doing so he reported that one radiator has some chips in it and the other was simply too damaged to install. Upon reporting this to the company they informed me it was outside the 7 day limit for returns and so we lost the money. When a 3rd party is involved, as is often the case with tradesmen, it is not practical to expect faulty items to be identified within the 7 day period.
