very bad, unorganised, and unsympathetic phone staff, arranged a free boiler installation for a 97 year old lady, they asked for a copy of the deeds of the house, the lady could not provide it, but she proved that she owned it via her lease hold paper work, they said that was ok and excepted it, then they installed it, 2 weeks later it stopped working, we rang them and they came down and fixed the problem then it stopped working again and again and they fixed it again, finally after 4 visits and 4 repairs a inspector from this company reviewed the installation he told us that its been installed incorrectly its on plywood not fireproof material as is needed, and would have to be redone, today its stopped working again and we rang them again, and they now say they would not come down to fix it until they have a copy of the deeds, she is a 97 year old lady in freezing weather with no heating, this is sickening how they can be so incompetent and so uncooperative and nasty over the phone losing all her information and constantly asking for info we cannot provide, but we have given info that is as just as good as the deeds, the lease hold paper work,

Just had new combi fitted through warm front grant, cannot fault the workmanship of the new boiler but was left with extension lead to plug boiler into as the electrician doesn't come to wire boiler in for 1 week after installation.Was told to connect my own extension by the next day as engineer was taking his extension so if I didn't I wouldn't have any heating or hot water for a week until electrician came. Also had an electric fire and surround fitted which I paid Â£400 which wasn't covered by the warm front grant. All I can say is very very very poor quality surround and hearth, the materials were a very cheap wood not a ceramic hearth and back which is what I expected for the money I paid. Would not recommend for any work if you are paying. Also when you phone to complain they do not want to know and say they will get back to you which they never do, so BAD!
