I ordered a gift to be delivered in the UK from this company that was not delivered. I received no response to emails I sent. When I rang they admitted they had received the emails and claimed that the item was damaged and that they had ordered another (this was 4 weeks after I'd placed the order). They offered a refund and I accepted but it did not come through. When I asked for an explanation again I got no response. 2 months on and I have reclaimed the money paid for the item through my bank. They have never contacted or responded to me directly. Do not use this company.
