We at Skyline Conversions are a nationwide company located in Cheshire, Greater Manchester. We specialise in Barn Conversions, Loft Conversions and New Builds. We also offer a fully comprehensive service for all your building requirements including garage and basement conversions, extensions, renovations, building maintenance and grounds maintenance. All our Tradesmen are fully qualified and Skyline can also provide a full design, drawing and application/submission service.

Our design/construction team have many years experience in the building industry and would only be too happy to provide a free survey and consultation.

Building Maintenance

We offer fully comprehensive domestic and commercial building maintenance contracts. Call us for a free no obligation quote.

We undertake maintenance work for various clientele such as schools, care homes, hospices, housing complexes and private houses. This involves all of your building requirements, for example repair work, and general preservation work such as window cleaning and gardening.

We are available to call 24 hours a day and in case of any emergency we always have tradesmen on hand to carry out works.

It is important to note that we do not increase our rates for out of hours callouts and we do not add on a callout charge.

We offer landlord gas safety certificates for just £45.00 per certificate. As well as complying with legislation this is an extremely inexpensive way to ensure that your building is kept safe from any potential gas related hazards.
