I came to see Nick from Watford. I had number of treatments over five days. Nick checked my posture and recommended a foot support. He also gave me really good stretching and strengthening exercises. The treatments were very beneficial. I can see a big improvement, I feel better, more flexible and pain free !!! Nick is an expert, an excellent knowledgable therapist. I highly recommend it.
